St. Vincent provides comprehensive short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation for individuals transitioning from a hospital stay. Our program includes a range of physical, occupational and speech-language therapies designed to enable a quick, safe and effective return home.

"The staff go above and beyond for their residents. .Today they celebrated my parents' 56th Wedding Anniversary by arranging for them to have lunch together and surprising them with a beautiful photo collage and cupcakes. The kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care they show means more than words can express.

Had a lovely visit today. The staff is warm and inviting, and compassionate. The Director of Nursing, Darlene Fountain, is a real professional who clearly loves the residents and staff.
